(1) The student of Gen/OBC category having family income of less than Rs.2 lac per annum will be required to pay an amount of Rs.35000/ (Rupees Thirty five thousand) only as tuition fee for each year. Once the fee reimbursement is made by Social Welfare Department (SWD), the student will have to pay the remaining fee to KCNIT immediately.
(2) The student of SC/ST category having family income of less than Rs. 2.5 lac per annum will not be required to pay tuition fee for each year. However, he/she will be required to pay the miscellaneous charges as mentioned above during first year only. Once the fee reimbursement is made by Social Welfare Department (SWD), the student will have to pay the entire fee to KCNIT immediately.
